The Airport Guide Service at Frankfurt Airport offers international guests, business travelers, and families personalized assistance for a stress-free, safe, and comfortable stay at Frankfurt Airport.

Frankfurt Airport is one of the world’s major international hubs – and accordingly large and complex. For travelers who would like support, the Airport Guide Service offers personal assistance through the airport. Whether it’s at check-in, security, or passport control – our experienced guides are by your side to ensure a smooth airport experience.

This service is especially helpful for international guests, business travelers, families, seniors, or groups who need guidance when transferring or navigating the terminal. Upon request, the guide service can be booked individually, providing greater comfort and peace of mind during your time at the airport.

 

Important Information for Booking the Airport Guide Service at Frankfurt Airport

Our guide service is intended for independent travelers who would like assistance navigating the terminal. Please note that passengers must move through the terminal on their own – the service does not include luggage assistance.

  • Bookings are made via email to [email protected].

  • Bookings can be made up to 90 days before the scheduled departure.

  • The service is available to travelers aged 18 and older.

  • Guidance is provided in German or English by default. Upon request and with an additional language package, assistance can be offered in another language (minimum B1 level). Only one foreign language can be selected per service, with more options available upon request.

  • For youth aged 12 and above, a continuous escort during long layovers can be arranged upon request – starting at €80 for the first hour, and €50 for each additional hour (or part thereof) per person.

  • Please note: Continuous supervision during layovers is not part of the standard service. If needed, individual supervision can be arranged starting from €90 for the first hour, and €60 for each additional hour (or part thereof).

  • A free cancellation is possible up to three days (72 hours) before the booked appointment.
  • Rebookings are considered new booking requests.

  • This service is not designed for unaccompanied minors or persons with limited mobility.
